Senior🎓
Top SchoolJP Duplessis is a seasoned software engineer and founder with nearly three decades of hands-on coding and nine years of formal professional experience across major consumer and enterprise products. He has held senior technical leadership roles at Amazon (Prime Video, Photos, Amazon Business), served as CTO at Mylio, and led product and engineering efforts from his long-running company vteam.com since 1993. Comfortable shipping across systems—from Windows and Visual Studio internals at Microsoft to large-scale cloud services at Amazon—he blends deep low-level experience with product-focused architecture. Known for relentless coding (self-described "coding 24/7" and "four decades of coding"), he pairs an artisan coder’s curiosity with the discipline of a principal engineer. Based in Porto, Portugal, he brings entrepreneurial grit and a history of building commercial software, drivers, and networking solutions through both startups and major platforms. An underrated strength is his ability to pivot between product management, CTO-level strategy, and pure engineering implementation, making him a versatile technical leader.
