Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolJP McGarrity is a pragmatic full-stack developer with 13 years of professional experience building web applications across startups and SMEs in the UK. Currently at Tifo after roles at Mandon Software and Cirdan, he brings hands-on expertise across the stack and a track record of steady, production-focused delivery. A BE graduate from Ulster University, JP pairs formal engineering training with practical experience from a long placement at Harry Corry and a brief stint in a non-tech role, which sharpened his communication and customer-facing skills. Based in Salford, he’s not actively seeking new roles (April 2026) but remains quietly curious about small open-source experiments, as hinted by a minimalist GitHub presence.
