Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolJuan Abadia is an experienced Android developer with 11 years building native mobile applications across Argentina, currently contributing at Globant after prior roles at Huenei and Quadion. He combines deep Java and Android expertise with a background in J2SE/J2EE, SQLite, XML processing (DOM/SAX), geolocation and augmented reality features, plus familiarity with ORM, web technologies and multimedia tooling. Comfortable with design patterns, layered architecture and UML modeling, he brings practical skills in both app development and maintenance—including bugfixing and long-term product support. His toolset also reflects atypical breadth for a mobile engineer, spanning Smalltalk influence, ActionScript/Flash and After Effects, which helps when bridging UX/visual needs with engineering constraints.
