Top SchoolJuan Arreola is a Senior Business Intelligence Architect with 10 years of experience building scalable BI platforms and data products, currently leading Power BI and Fabric implementation and administration for Stride, Inc. He specializes in unifying disparate data sources into a single source of truth using Snowflake optimization, Fabric pipelines, and governance practices to enable self-service analytics and executive-ready reporting. Juan has repeatedly improved delivery speed and data quality—cutting reporting lead times by weeks and reducing errors through careful ETL, indexing, and dataset performance tuning. His background spans hands-on BI development, data warehouse design, and team leadership across global environments, including centralizing HR data from 99 locations in 37 countries and managing multi-million dollar salary planning workflows. Notably pragmatic, he blends technical automation (Power BI REST APIs, premium capacity management) with storytelling-focused visualizations to turn metrics into competitive advantage. Based in the Greater Chicago Area with a BS in Computer Science, he pairs operational rigor with cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business outcomes.
