Senior🎓
Top SchoolJuan Bedoya is a pragmatic software engineer with eight years of experience building resilient backend systems and fintech products from Panama. Self-taught since age 14, he specializes in Node/TypeScript backends, data ingestion pipelines, and automation that drive measurable gains—ETL migrations with zero duplicates, OCR pipelines that cut review time from days to hours, and CLI tools that reduce filing time by 70%. He has shipped multi-tenant PoS and e‑invoice systems with offline-first reliability and automated CI/CD that shrank release times from hours to minutes. Comfortable operating across cloud, container and desktop environments, Juan repeatedly improves data quality, uptime and throughput under tight constraints. Not obvious from titles: he also builds headless bots and resilient SSE dashboards that process large batches reliably, demonstrating a focus on observability and fault tolerance.
