Senior🎓
Top SchoolJuan Benito is a frontend architect with over a decade of experience designing and implementing web platforms, currently shaping BBVA's mobile channel and component libraries using Lit Element, Vue.js, React and Ember.js. He combines hands-on front-end engineering with product management and team leadership, having led architecture, backlog prioritization and developer training across BBVA's cloud and internal product teams. His work spans building reusable component catalogs, identity management systems, and cloud-native APIs (AWS SAM), showing fluency across frontend, backend and DevOps concerns. Comfortable running interviews, code reviews and quality controls, he also contributes to developer communities and internal open-source efforts. Based in Madrid, he brings an engineer’s curiosity (early founder of a student collaboration platform) to strategic roles, aiming to grow further in technical leadership and product stewardship. An understated strength is his habit of pairing UX awareness with architecture decisions to keep developer ergonomics and user experience aligned.
