Top SchoolJuan Cárdenas-rodríguez is a Software Engineer II with eight years of experience building resilient full-stack systems and leading engineering teams from Medellín, Colombia. He has driven end-to-end projects—modernizing legacy COBOL systems into GraphQL- backed microservices, designing CI/CD pipelines, and shipping consumer-facing frontends with Vue/Nuxt and Type-safe backends in Rust, TypeScript, and Python. As a founding engineer at a Web3 startup, he built robust event-driven APIs and CI/CD workflows to support on-chain interactions and AI chat clients, demonstrating rapid product stabilization under accelerator pressure. His background in Mathematical Engineering informs a data-driven approach to simulation and synthetic-data problems, evidenced by prior work creating agent-based COVID-19 models and fraud-simulation services. Fluent in Spanish with advanced English, he combines hands-on coding with team leadership and a knack for integrating legacy infrastructure into modern, maintainable architectures.
