Top SchoolJuan Celis is a versatile software engineer with 9 years of experience building backend systems, data pipelines, and web applications across startups and enterprise teams. He has a strong track record improving performance and reliability—designing caching and queuing solutions that scaled APIs to thousands of requests per second and migrating thousands of clients between product versions. Comfortable across the stack, he has implemented ETL and lakehouse models with DBT, integrated REST and SOAP services, and used Redis, Snowflake, and MongoDB to support analytics and ML workflows. He pairs a pragmatic engineering mindset with a passion for readable, maintainable code and has mentored others in applied Python data analysis.
