Juan C. Garcia M.
Summary
👤
SeniorJuan Matos is a Principal Architect based in Berlin with 13 years of experience building high-performance, scalable web and distributed systems across JEE and .NET ecosystems. He blends deep JVM and GC tuning expertise with hands-on design of multi-tenant SaaS ETL pipelines, cloud-native AWS infrastructure, and real-time data streaming using Apache Beam. Known for turning prototypes into production-grade products, he has led team growth, defined on-call and SOP practices, and architected solutions handling tens of thousands of pipelines per month. His background spans telecommunications and financial trading systems, low-latency messaging (TIBCO RV, JMS) and database-level optimizations, including writing high-TPS components and stored procedures across Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres and MySQL. Pragmatic and security-conscious, he built on-premise agent patterns to minimize customer footprint while enabling secure SaaS access to sensitive data.
