Summary
👤
SeniorJuan Osuna is a Principal Engineer with 14 years of hands-on experience architecting enterprise systems across finance, media, and analytics, currently leading enterprise analytics and BI architecture at Wells Fargo. He blends deep expertise in the Java–Spring ecosystem with growing proficiency in Python and machine learning, having built a framework that plugs Python ML algorithms into a Java Spring Boot platform. Juan has repeatedly taken projects from architecture through implementation—designing scalable APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments on AWS/Kubernetes while mentoring teams and onboarding platforms like Pendo. His background spans high-stakes domains such as anti-money-laundering, large-scale content platforms, and document NLP, where he integrated technologies like spaCy, Elasticsearch, and Kafka. Known as a pragmatic, hands-on architect, he prefers solving business problems as much as technical puzzles and often pairs architecture leadership with active coding. Based in Charlotte, NC, he brings a rare combination of enterprise-grade design experience and late-career technical curiosity in ML integration.
