Top SchoolJuan Rio is an IT & Engineering Manager based in Madrid with over 17 years of hands-on experience translating technology into measurable business growth. He has led enterprise-scale digital transformations across media, advertising and financial services, turning IT delivery into a strategic growth lever rather than a cost center. Known for building high-performing engineering teams, he combines SDLC and Agile expertise with stakeholder and change management to standardize delivery and scale solutions sustainably. Juan has repeatedly bridged commercial and technical worlds—leading proposals, managing budgets and aligning IT roadmaps with executive goals—to ensure technology drives revenue and efficiency. His background as a founding CIO in eCommerce and early work on large search and analytics platforms give him uncommon depth in product-driven, data-informed digital programs.
