Top SchoolJuan Rojas is a product-driven technology leader and founder with 11 years of experience scaling Platzi from its first hire to CPO & CTO for Latin America’s largest tech school serving 6M+ students. He architects AI-native B2B SaaS, notably Platzi Learn, that orchestrates LLMs, OCR, voice, video, and image models through a weekly benchmark harness to keep cutting-edge models production-ready. He runs engineering like a Silicon Valley product-engineering org—no PMs, EMs accountable for outcomes, and engineers owning production—reflecting a bias for ownership and measurable business impact. Juan pairs hands-on technical roots as Platzi’s first backend engineer with strong product and growth instincts honed across roles from growth and retention to leading debit product at a fintech. He’s a practiced mentor and advisor with experience in global accelerator programs and recent executive training at Stanford GSB, blending startup grit with formal business strategy. An uncommon strength is his ability to codify operational processes—retention metrics, PM career paths, and release discipline—that scale both teams and product outcomes.
