Senior🎓
Top SchoolJuani Villarejo is a tech entrepreneur and hands-on CTO with 13 years of professional experience and two decades of product-building perspective, now co-leading Nulinga from Buenos Aires to reinvent language e-learning. He brings deep Ruby on Rails expertise—sharpened through founding startups, consulting as a “Ruby Jedi Master” at Gympass after an acquisition, and years of freelance MVP work—paired with product ownership and a pragmatist’s approach to pedagogy: tech that empowers teachers, not replaces them. Juani designs and implements adaptive e-learning approaches, A/B testing, and metrics-driven product improvements while making core technical and product decisions. A relentless learner and self-described software artisan, he blends engineering craft with managerial experience growing teams and improving code quality in monolith-to-modernization contexts. Unobvious: he combines classical systems training (engineering, math, physics) with a background in rich-client Flex/ActionScript and SIP/Java integrations, giving him a broad stack fluency that helps bridge legacy systems and modern web platforms.
