Top SchoolJudith Malnick is a product education engineering leader with a decade of experience building developer-focused learning programs and teams at HashiCorp and now IBM. She blends an educator’s empathy and research-driven rigor to translate complex cloud and infrastructure tooling into clear, actionable learning—especially around Terraform, Packer, and Consul. Her background spans hands-on content creation, conference training, community building, and process design, enabling product and developer adoption across technical and executive audiences. Judith’s career began in scientific research and public-facing technical roles, so she brings disciplined experimentation and a knack for crafting repeatable education playbooks. Colleagues describe her as analytical, collaborative, and strategic—someone who shapes both team culture and measurable product education outcomes. Based in Bellingham, Washington, she pairs academic credibility (MS, Stanford) with practical delivery at scale.
