Summary
🤩
RockstarJudith Matheu is an experienced purchasing and procurement leader with over 17 years driving strategic sourcing, supplier management and cost-savings programs across retail and financial services in Spain. Currently Responsable de Compras at CaixaBank, she previously led marketing and facilities purchasing at Desigual, where she implemented ERP (SAP), defined supplier panels and consistently delivered savings above 20–25% across categories. She combines strong stakeholder collaboration—shaping procurement models with internal clients like Trade Marketing and Controlling—with hands-on contract negotiation, RFx execution and category strategy for PLV, editorial, events and FM services. Comfortable leading digital procurement transformations, she has implemented supplier-control tools and budgeting processes that improved transparency and control. Outside procurement she brings a creative technical bent from hobbyist work as an artist/developer focused on game development and Blender add‑on projects, which informs a pragmatic, design-minded approach to problem solving.
