Top SchoolJuho Yoon is a Senior Product Designer with 10 years of experience applying human-computer interaction principles to improve onboarding, authentication, and operational workflows across consumer and enterprise products. He has driven measurable outcomes—550K new registrations and a 6.8% lift in mobile authentication at Expedia, a 34% increase in work sign-ups and major operational savings at Coupang—by aligning customer needs with business metrics.
