Top SchoolJulia Joch is a Founders Associate and former software engineer who bridges technical depth with stage-honed storytelling to make complex ideas memorable and persuasive. With eight years of experience spanning product engineering at SAP and full‑stack work for NGOs to IT consulting and enterprise architecture, she helps shape strategy, pitches, and technical communications for founders and teams. Based in Berlin, she combines formal IT-systems engineering training from Hasso Plattner Institute with professional musical theatre coaching to teach voice, movement, and presentation skills—an unusual mix that strengthens her ability to coach technical leaders and craft compelling demos. As a first hire at stackspell labs, she brings startup grit and a talent for translating roadmaps into narratives that win stakeholders and clarify decisions.
