Top SchoolJulia Ramos is a Senior Software Engineer with seven years of cross-functional experience building scalable front-end and back-end systems, currently contributing to Nubank after earlier backend work on NuPay with Clojure, Datomic, Kafka and AWS. She combines a growth-focused mindset—having founded Tech Seed to improve conversion through SEO, accessibility, design systems and A/B testing—with hands-on expertise in TypeScript, Node, React and Next. Comfortable in international teams, she has led design-system implementations, modernized legacy codebases, and shipped product work across monorepos and microservices. An active educator and mentor, Julia runs workshops and has taught web development and TypeScript talks, helping others transition into tech. Outside engineering she brings operational rigor from prior business and hospitality leadership and balances a curiosity-driven life as a martial artist and vegan, which informs her collaborative, user-centered approach.
