Top SchoolJulia Schatz is a GNC engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building guidance, navigation, and control systems for spacecraft, currently applying her expertise at SpaceX while pursuing a master's in aerospace engineering at USC. She blends system analysis, algorithm development, and embedded software implementation—work that spans flight software internships to research engineering roles at ISI. Comfortable moving between prototype tools and flight-ready code, she also enjoys building embedded systems and tooling for FIRST Robotics in her spare time. Based in Los Angeles, she brings a practical electrical engineering foundation (BS, Magna Cum Laude) to complex control problems and a knack for turning research ideas into testable, deployable solutions.
