Top SchoolJulián Orihuela is a seasoned digital transformation consultant and product leader with 13 years of experience designing and scaling government and commercial digital services across Spain and Latin America. He has led multi-disciplinary teams from 6 to 50+ people to unify single-domain government platforms, launch high-usage public services, and deliver a B2B SaaS (Tamiz) from 0–1. His background blends strategic policy-level work (G20 and national platforms) with hands-on product management for consumer apps and enterprise ERP/CRM implementations, giving him fluency across stakeholder, UX and technical realms. Currently coaching a public sector organisation in the Dominican Republic as part of the Public Digital network while freelancing on strategic digital product engagements, he is known for turning complex institutional processes into pragmatic roadmaps and implementation specs. An early practitioner in government social media and content strategy, he brings a rare mix of civic tech experience, product discipline, and creative production skills.
