Top SchoolJulian Pulgarin is a mathematician-turned-software engineer and data scientist with five years of experience building practical, user-focused systems from Pereira, Colombia. He combines a strong academic foundation in physics and mathematics with hands-on roles as founder, co-founder, and senior consultant, delivering pricing optimization, demand modeling, and full-stack products for automotive and startup clients. At Inchcape Digital he advanced price-elasticity and synthesized-data solutions to enable data-driven pricing where historical data was sparse, while also organizing initiatives to broaden hiring access for women in data. Julian prefers building for people rather than publishing papers, and actively moves between product engineering and applied research—often turning complex models into production-ready features.
