Top SchoolJuliano Silveira is a Senior Technical Artist with nine years of experience crafting performant game visuals and bridging the gap between art and engineering. He has led technical art teams and shipped titles at Aquiris, Ubisoft Berlin, Naughty Dog, and currently Lightspeed L.A., specializing in shaders, VFX, tools, UI integration, and content optimization for constrained platforms. Known for translating product and design vision into practical pipelines, he balances visual quality with CPU/GPU/memory budgets and has hands-on experience developing procedural textures and editor tooling. His background in graphic design informs a strong aesthetic sensibility alongside technical depth, and he has repeatedly stepped into leadership roles early in projects to align cross-discipline teams.
