Senior🎓
Top SchoolJulien Delplanque is a Certification Manager with 11 years' experience helping products reach European and international markets across industry, energy, medical, rail, consumer and lab sectors. He brings deep hands-on expertise in EMC, electrical safety, radio, climatic and mechanical testing, and pairs this with a PhD in Software Engineering and practical R&D firmware test coordination experience. Having progressed from engineer to business manager and now certification lead at JCDecaux, he combines technical rigor with client-facing project stewardship. Julien is fluent in bridging firmware and hardware concerns with regulatory strategy, an asset for teams navigating complex compliance paths. An early background in embedded microcontroller test benches and hardware for robotics gives him uncommon empathy for implementation constraints when defining certification paths.
