Top SchoolJulien Pradet is a Staff Frontend Engineer with 11 years of experience, currently advancing front-end architecture and performance at Shipup from the Greater Toulouse area. He specializes in web performance and Core Web Vitals, having driven Mobile LCP improvements from 65% to 92% at SINGULART while scaling the front-end team and processes from 5 to 25 engineers. Julien has deep practical experience building e-commerce frameworks, design systems and tooling (React, SSR, GraphQL, Storybook, Webpack) that improved conversions and reduced bounce rates for major clients. He excels at bridging product and engineering—designing progressive delivery, AB test analysis, RFCs/ADRs and cross-discipline collaboration to ship measurable outcomes. As a mentor and recruiter, he has onboarded and coached dozens of front-end and full-stack developers and led guilds to foster adoption of shared systems. His background in cloud engineering and interest in developer ergonomics underpin a pragmatic approach to scalable, performance-first front-end platforms.
