Senior🎓
Top SchoolJulien Rollin is a pragmatic CTO and hands-on engineering leader with over 15 years in tech, helping startups, scaleups and large accounts deliver quality products quickly. He blends deep craftsmanship—clean code, DDD, CQRS—and cloud-native ops (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS) with active coaching, live coding and monthly internal conferences to raise team skill levels. A frequent speaker and organizer, he runs workshops on Rust, Kubernetes and CI/CD and builds learning-by-doing experiences like CLI apps and dojos. Julien is equally comfortable shipping TypeScript/Node APIs and frontends as he is designing resilient microservices and automated delivery pipelines. He has a proven track record of recruiting and scaling engineering teams, plus a hands-on history of implementing Vault, SonarQube and GitLab autoscaling for production environments. Curious about language internals, he explores Rust embedded, ELM and WebAssembly as part of continuous R&D.
