Top SchoolJulija Alieckaja is a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin with 13 years of experience building and optimizing full-stack, cloud-native systems across startups and scale-ups. Her background spans system architecture, API design, and performance work—ranging from microservice platforms and real-time RTB systems to data-heavy front-end visualizations and meal-delivery production pipelines. She has a track record of stabilizing CI, introducing Docker and Kubernetes cronjobs, reducing external API calls, and improving delivery workflows to speed feature rollout. Comfortable in languages and stacks that include Go, Ruby, .NET and React, Julija pairs hands-on implementation with mentoring and code review to raise team delivery quality.
