Top SchoolJulio Bitencourt is a seasoned software engineering leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling web products from freelance desktop apps to SaaS and e‑commerce platforms. He has progressed from Visual Basic and PHP beginnings to modern full‑stack work with Vue.js and Laravel, pairing hands‑on development with people leadership as Head of Software Engineering at Quero Educação and Qeevo Group. As a founder and former CTO he launched and grew agencies and a SaaS product, doubling agency revenue in one year and owning recruitment-to-deployment delivery. Julio blends technical depth in web stacks and databases with practical product and business acumen, often stepping into both engineering and strategy roles. Based in São Paulo, he is pragmatic about shipping reliable systems and mentoring teams through growth phases.
