Top SchoolJulio Montaño is a Senior Front-End Engineer and tech lead with 11 years of experience building design systems, data visualizations, and product-focused UIs across fintech and marketplace startups in Mexico City. He’s taken products from zero to one repeatedly—leading front-end teams through Series A–B growth, launching core onboarding and analytics platforms, and shipping AI-enabled document pipelines. Comfortable bridging product and engineering, Julio writes robust, test-covered front ends and mentors teams while owning design-system architecture and complex D3/VisX visualizations. He’s equally at home reviewing UX, running on-call rotations, and hiring engineers, and he’s currently exploring intersections of design and culture through books like Formgiving and Brand Thinking.
