Top SchoolJulius Partanen is a motivated computer science bachelor and experienced referee based in Helsinki, combining five years of practical experience with recent leadership training as a Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces. He has hands-on technical exposure from two trainee projects at WhereOS—one building and testing prototype hardware in elevator shafts and another benchmarking large language models—demonstrating a blend of systems-level tinkering and ML curiosity. Currently officiating for the Football Association of Finland, he brings discipline, decisive judgment, and clear communication to both field and technical teams. Seeking summer 2026 opportunities, Julius offers a unique mix of engineering grounding from LUT University, real-world prototyping experience, and proven leadership under pressure. Notably, his profile reflects early cross-domain strengths: hardware assembly, LLM evaluation, and team leadership rather than a single narrowly focused specialty.
