Summary
👤
SeniorJuliusz Ćwiąkalski is a founder, CEO and hands-on CTO with over 17 years of experience architecting and delivering resilient, event-driven platforms across fintech, IoT, pharma and SaaS. He builds end-to-end products—from backend and AI/ML ingestion pipelines to mobile-first UIs—while embedding engineering excellence through TDD/BDD, CI/CD and automated deployments. As solo founder of Menuvivo he implemented a production-ready AI pipeline that structures recipes from text, URLs and images and runs 100% continuous deployment, demonstrating product and operational ownership uncommon in architects. Previously he led monolith-to-microservices transformations and introduced reusable CI/CD/GitLab pipelines, ADRs and SBOM-based security scans at scale. Comfortable switching between strategic vision and hands-on delivery, he combines developer mentoring with measurable improvements in time-to-market and platform resilience. Based in Poland, he pairs entrepreneurial drive with deep cloud-native and Java ecosystem expertise (Quarkus, Spring, Micronaut, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
