Jun Liao is a growth-oriented business leader with over 20 years' experience scaling cross-border commerce, SaaS and AdTech businesses across China and APAC, currently leading Pacvue’s China P&L. He has a track record of turning loss-making operations into profitable, high-growth businesses—driving multi-year revenue uplifts, restructuring go-to-market teams, and building partnerships with platforms like Amazon, Google, TikTok and Microsoft Ads. Comfortable in both startup scale-ups and global enterprises, Jun blends hands-on operational ownership with board- and HQ-level strategic collaboration to localize product, pricing and operating models. He has built and led teams of up to ~100 across sales, marketing, customer success and operations, and was rated a full-score people manager at Amazon. A pragmatic connector, he repeatedly serves as the bridge between global strategy and China market realities—often called in when localization stalls or operating models need rebuilding. Outside work he curiously lists himself as a chef on GitHub, hinting at a disciplined, creative streak beyond business metrics.
