Top SchoolJungmin Hur is a backend engineer with 8 years of experience designing robust e-commerce systems and shaping how teams collaborate and make decisions. At Kurly he architects and implements Java/Kotlin Spring Boot services, led a serverless marketing event platform as TPM, rebuilt a PHP payment calculation into a Kotlin API, and migrated 9M+ cancellation ledger records with zero downtime. He blends hands-on engineering with facilitation skills—running book clubs and retrospectives—to improve team processes as much as code quality. Interested in organizational change and the impact of AI on software practices, he focuses on direction and maintainability as levers for long-term engineering success.
