Senior🎓
Top SchoolJunhua Chang is a seasoned technical leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of software experience and 11 years focused on senior engineering and executive roles in AI, GenAI, ML, mobile apps, blockchain, and cloud SaaS. As CEO & Principal Consultant at AGI Consulting Services and former Principal ML Engineer at Napster, he architects production AI agents, vector DB pipelines, 3D content generation, and scalable microservices on GCP and Azure. He has repeatedly led cross-geo engineering teams to deliver billion-dollar hardware-software products and award-winning learning platforms, and he blends hands-on model development (TTS, lip-sync, GANs) with systems engineering (Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt). His background spans startups to enterprise consulting—raising investment, shipping consumer mobile apps, and building next-gen blockchain and payments infrastructure—so he equally navigates product strategy and low-level implementation. Based in Renton, WA, he uniquely combines research-grade AI work with practical commercial deployments and a habit of mentoring engineers across cultures.
