Top SchoolJunko Suzuki is a Senior Support Engineer at GitHub based in Tokyo with 11 years of experience helping enterprises adopt and operate GitHub Enterprise across APAC. She moved up from hands-on support to senior regional responsibility after years running developer tooling and platform teams at CyberAgent, where she introduced and operated GitHub Enterprise and managed build, CI/CD, and package infrastructure. Junko combines deep platform operations knowledge (Jenkins, Nexus, Confluence, JIRA, Subversion) with practical software engineering and leadership experience building APIs, OAuth auth platforms, and mobile backends. Her background — a master’s in quantum chemistry — hints at analytical rigor applied to complex incident resolution and systems design. Colleagues rely on her for bridging support, engineering, and organizational change to make developer tooling reliable at scale.
