👤
SeniorJussi Salminen is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with 11+ years in senior security leadership and over two decades in IT, now serving as CSO/CISO at POP Bank Group after CISO roles at Alko and SOK. He combines deep technical breadth—from cloud, PKI and EDR to forensics and DevSecOps—with strategic acumen for translating large volumes of information into actionable roadmaps and governance. Comfortable briefing board members and mentoring technical teams, he builds security-aware organizational culture and pragmatic programs like SOCs, incident response and vulnerability management. His background spans public sector, retail and banking, giving him a rare fluency in both regulated environments and product-focused service design. Notably, he pairs hands-on infrastructure experience (server/storage, IaaS/PaaS) with a talent for spotting strategic signals others miss.
