Top SchoolJustin Carroll is a seasoned restaurant technology leader with over a decade of hands-on experience building and operating POS and in-restaurant systems, now managing Chipotle’s Restaurant Systems teams in the Columbus, OH area. He combines deep NCR Aloha platform expertise—earned through roles at Chipotle, Bob Evans, Sbarro, and NCR—with practical skills in integrations, PCI-DSS compliance, vendor management, and Agile/Scrum transformation. Justin has a track record of scaling support organizations and standing up new teams and processes during major transitions like corporate relocations and platform rollouts. He’s equally comfortable in technical trenches (database programming, network design, and POS staging) and in coaching cross-functional teams to deliver stable, secure restaurant technology at scale. An understated strength is his history of bridging operations and product by translating field-level POS challenges into repeatable, enterprise-grade solutions.
