Top SchoolJustin Dike is a founder and developer with 13 years of software experience who builds web hosting, apps, and membership tools tailored to swim & tennis clubs and homeowners associations through PoolDues. He also runs CartoonSmart.com, a long-running education platform he founded in 2004 that teaches game and app development with project-based video lessons—combining his Computer Art degree from the School of Visual Arts with practical iOS programming expertise. Based in Atlanta, he blends product-focused engineering with customer empathy to save volunteers time and help stabilize community-run organizations financially. Justin is hands-on across the stack, shipping practical board tools and membership workflows while maintaining an educator’s knack for making complex technical topics approachable.
