Senior🎓
Top SchoolJustin Falcone is a versatile software engineer with 14 years of experience building performant, design-forward single-page applications and backend services for companies from BuzzFeed to Google. He combines a strong front-end mastery of HTML5/CSS3/ES2016+, React/Redux and responsive UX with backend proficiency in Go, Node and Rails, and a history of shipping production tools using Webpack, Sass and Git. Justin’s career spans product-focused roles and freelance design-driven work, giving him a rare fluency in both pixel-perfect interaction and scalable service architecture. He enjoys exploring new paradigms—having experimented with Elm, Elixir and Clojure(Script)—and often brings efficiency-minded patterns from systems work into UI code. Based in New York, he balances large-team engineering at top tech firms with ongoing freelance projects, making him equally comfortable iterating quickly or contributing to long-lived platforms.
