Top SchoolJustin Farmer is a Lead Engineer with eight years of focused experience building reliable, automated systems that help businesses capture leads and streamline operations. He combines startup grit—co-founding two security-focused ventures and building an automated penetration-testing product—with enterprise-scale engineering and mentorship at T-Mobile, where he led backend development, operations, and cross-team consulting. Now at Ignitara he applies AI and automation to unify CRM, sales pipelines, and lead generation, translating complex workflows into production-ready platforms. Comfortable across DevOps, security, and full-stack delivery, he’s as likely to design system architecture as to coach junior engineers through it. Based in Houston, he brings a rare mix of field-facing client work and deep technical stewardship that surfaces in both product-first startups and large operational environments.
