Top SchoolJustin Field is a Senior Software Engineer with 15 years of experience building cloud-native infrastructure, continuous delivery systems, and backend services while remaining fluent in front-end technologies. Based in Portland, he has led platform and delivery efforts at Nike and Armory—designing multi-tenant Kubernetes CD platforms, IAM/RBAC around OIDC, and an authenticated SOCKS5-over-gRPC proxy to securely connect customer clusters. Currently on Airbnb’s CI/CD team, he focuses on automation, metrics-driven canary analysis, and developer experience. A pragmatic open-source advocate and mentor, Justin has contributed to Spinnaker and produced reusable tooling (CI actions, Helm charts, hardened base images) that standardize ops across teams. His background as an Army National Guard information officer informs a steady, mission-oriented approach to engineering complex distributed systems.
