Top SchoolJustin Frazier is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of professional experience who specializes in front-end development, UI/UX improvements, and tooling for DNS and web traffic monitoring products. At DigiCert he leads UI efforts and builds interfaces that bridge advanced DNS services with monitoring and failover, and he drove Next.js adoption as a proof-of-concept for future UIs. He has a track record of modernizing large application ecosystems—rewriting account flows, migrating JS to TypeScript, replacing Bootstrap with MUI, and creating shared component libraries to speed developer onboarding. Justin also contributes to developer tooling: he added features to a Golang Perfops CLI and modernized its CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Goreleaser to improve distro support and packaging. A former U.S. Marine Corps combat engineer, he combines operational discipline with pragmatic engineering and a background in security and web development training. Based in Aldie, Virginia, he focuses on delivering reliable, user-centered interfaces for critical networking products.
