Summary
🤩
RockstarJustin Fudally is an engineering manager with nine years of hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems using Python, Go, Java, and TypeScript. Currently leading engineering at CrowdStrike, he has deep expertise automating infrastructure management for Elasticsearch, MySQL, Redis and large clusters, and has repeatedly built internal tooling to tame complex production environments. His background spans from operating massive search infrastructure at GitHub to scaling web platforms on OpenShift at UnitedHealth Group, giving him a strong blend of systems-level judgment and product-focused delivery. He pairs technical depth in databases and streaming platforms (Kafka, Cassandra) with proven people and project leadership, and brings a pragmatic, operations-first mindset shaped by earlier frontline retail management roles.
