Top SchoolJustin Geeslin is a research-minded software engineer and human factors specialist with a decade of experience building reusable, test-driven web components and product-facing designs. He blends front-end engineering, interaction design, and product ownership at FedEx with academic research in wearable technology at the University of Minnesota, currently pursuing a PhD in Human Factors and Ergonomics. Justin’s disciplined TDD approach has halved feature delivery time while eliminating whole classes of defects, and he pairs that rigor with qualitative user research to drive humane, low-interaction-cost interfaces. He has a history of launching production systems quickly using open-source stacks (notably Drupal) and automating continuous deployment pipelines. Based in Minneapolis, he uniquely bridges sensor-driven logistics, UX research, and software delivery—bringing empirical human-centered insight to practical, scalable web solutions.
