Top SchoolJustin Ison is a senior technical product manager and seasoned software leader with over 20 years in software development and QA and more than a decade focused on product and technical delivery. Based in Alexandria, VA, he blends hands-on engineering—spanning mobile, web, desktop automation, CI/CD, cloud deployments and test frameworks—with product strategy at Applitools. Justin has built cross-platform automation suites, mobile device grids, and developer-facing tools that capture rich metadata for debugging, and he frequently trains enterprise customers and speaks at technical events. His background includes leading QA teams, consulting across media and finance, and running his own consulting firm where he delivered API frameworks, CLI tools and performance testing. Notably, he pairs operational rigor (device labs, Jenkins/Travis integrations, Docker) with pragmatic product thinking to make quality measurable and repeatable. Colleagues rely on him for mentorship, practical automation best practices, and bridging engineering with customer success.
