Top SchoolJustin P is a hands-on CTO and co-founder with 12 years of experience building web products from MVP to mature platforms, including work launched at 500 Startups. Rooted in a lifetime of self-taught programming that began with Flash games and ActionScript, he combines creative product instincts with practical engineering—shipping iterations and inventing features across startups like BoxC, GiveSurance, and SocialMD. He has deep experience in full-stack web development, platform architecture, and growth-focused tooling (including custom CMS work and SEO-driven automation). Based in Virginia Beach and grounded in a CS degree from UT Austin, he’s as comfortable leading teams as he is writing the code that makes novel ideas tangible. An underappreciated strength: he repeatedly turns bootstrap resources into polished, shareable products that resonate with users and partners.
