Top SchoolJustin Russo is a software engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building web, tooling, and interactive experiences, currently a Software Engineer II at Twitch in Seattle. He grew into hybrid roles early in his career—writing his own job description and becoming the go-to for IT, web development, and CAD management—then transitioned to focus full-time on software craft. His work spans full-stack development, developer tooling, and community-facing projects that increased broadcaster-viewer interactivity, including text-to-speech tools and Minecraft mods that helped raise over $200,000 for charity. Justin enjoys solving tough bugs, creating new user experiences, and mentoring others to understand technical concepts. He’s motivated to apply his breadth of experience to a mission-aligned team where he can dive deeper into scalable product development.
