He currently leads cross-functional teams at National Grid, where he created a company-wide React component library that saved hundreds of development hours. Justin combines deep expertise in React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, TypeScript, and Node with a strong design sensibility—shipped products reflect WCAG/508 accessibility and 100% unit test coverage in safety-critical projects. His background includes founding a successful Electron-based app (Superscript) that exceeded its Kickstarter goal and multiple medical-device front-end rewrites that required precise requirements and compliance thinking. Known for mentoring engineers and improving process, he excels at turning complex regulatory needs into elegant, maintainable UIs and tools for both clinicians and administrators. Based in Malden, MA, he brings an uncommon mix of product design, hands-on engineering, and startup founder grit.
