Senior🎓
Top SchoolJustin Sobieski is an AI Solutions Engineer with a decade of hands-on experience turning strategic vision into operational systems, tooling, and playbooks that accelerate delivery across product, engineering, and executive teams. He architects scalable full-stack platforms and self-hosted RAG/BI environments—prototyping solutions with Ollama, LangChain, Qdrant, and Kubernetes while automating CI/CD and canary rollouts for reliable production delivery. Known for rescuing “impossible” initiatives, Justin codified incident response and execution frameworks that normalized cross-functional ownership and unblocked 20+ stalled projects. His background managing infrastructure and deployments for hundreds of SaaS users and dozens of companies gives him a pragmatic SRE and DevOps mindset alongside strong data and automation skills. Based in Milford Charter Township, MI, he balances technical depth (Python, TypeScript, Terraform, Ansible) with a knack for documentation and enablement that teams actually use. Outside work he’s a tinkerer—into circuits and aquariums—which reflects his hands-on approach to problem solving.
