Senior🎓
Top SchoolJustin Weaver is a senior software engineer based in Boise, Idaho with five years of professional software experience and a longer track record of technical service from roles dating back to 2013 and prior military engineering service. He thrives as a jack-of-all-trades who pivots between full-stack development and security-minded engineering, embracing a "grey hat" curiosity that drives him to dismantle and repurpose systems for better outcomes. At Betterworks he delivers production software while previous roles at Tango Card, Relias Learning, and others honed his end-to-end web and Java experience. His background as a combat engineer in the Army Reserve informs a disciplined, risk-aware approach to system design and incident response. Justin is an autodidact who frequently builds side projects and experiments with new tech—check his personal site for examples—bringing both practical delivery and an inventive problem-solving mindset to teams.
