Top SchoolJuuso Kantonen is a UX Team Lead with a decade of experience crafting highly usable, implementation-friendly interfaces and design systems for clients ranging from Fortune 500s to European public sector organizations and Finnish startups. Based in Turku, he blends hands-on front-end development and occasional Java work with practical UX leadership, having led UI design in finance, healthcare and process industries. At Vaadin he scaled team practices and cross-border collaboration while maintaining a consultant’s flexibility—delivering both multi-year engagements and short, high-impact assignments. He favors pragmatic, data-heavy business applications but also brings consumer mobile app experience, and runs his own design consultancy alongside his corporate role. An engineer by training, Juuso’s strength is translating complex domain needs into feasible, developer-friendly UI solutions.
